Terms and Conditions for Money Corner Auctions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and purchases of numismatic products on Money Corner ("the Platform").
1.2 By using the Platform, users accept these terms without reservation.
2. Definitions
2.1 "Seller": Any individual or legal entity offering products for sale on the Platform.
2.2 "Consignee": A party that consigns products to the Platform for sale.
2.3 "Transaction": A successful sale of a product on the Platform.
3. Registration and Accounts
3.1 Buyers must register with accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2 The Platform reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of violations of these terms.
3.3 Your email address will be added to our customer database, and you will receive messages regularly. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Selling Conditions
4.1 Sellers guarantee they are the legal owners of the products and that they are authentic.
4.2 The Platform reserves the right to reject or remove products that do not meet its standards.
4.3 Sellers are responsible for the condition of received consignments.
4.4 Sales are binding; cancellations require Platform approval.
4.5 Consignees will receive payments after deducting agreed commissions and fees.
4.6 Consignments received are final and will be auctioned in the next available auction.
4.7 Ownership of lots remains with the seller until full payment is received.
4.8 Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of their products.
4.9 The Platform is not responsible for misrepresentation by the seller; buyers must conduct due diligence before purchasing.
4.10 Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of numismatic items.
5. Payments and Commissions
5.1 Payments must be made through designated methods.
5.1.1 Bank transfers require an invoice request via email.
5.1.2 Credit card payments incur no extra fees.
5.1.3 PayPal and cryptocurrencies are not accepted.
5.1.4 Buyers are responsible for exchange rate fees.
5.2 A buyer's premium of 15% is added to the hammer price.
5.3 In case of disputes, payments may be withheld until resolved.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within five business days after the returned order is received.
5.5 Consignment payments are sent in the local currency unless otherwise requested.
5.6 Auction sales occur by upward bidding in € (Euro).
5.7 If payments are returned, lots are held until full payment is received.
6. Shipping
6.1 Shipping costs:
- Europe: €15 via FedEx
- Worldwide: €25 via FedEx
6.2 Returns are not accepted; all bids are final.
6.3 If an order is returned without prior agreement, return and reshipping costs will be charged.
6.4 Customs duties and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
6.5 If shipping issues arise due to customs requests, FedEx insurance applies.
6.6 Orders ship the day after payment is received. PO Boxes are not accepted.
6.7 Orders are fully insured at their purchase value.
7. Buying Conditions
7.1 Bidders act on their behalf; all bids are binding.
7.2 Lots go to the highest bidder.
7.3 A buyer's premium of 15% is added to the hammer price.
7.4 Auctions are conducted in € (Euro).
7.5 Minimum starting bids are €1 or €2.
7.6 A live bid button appears when the auction is live.
7.7 Returns are only accepted after prior agreement.
7.8 Descriptions such as "TOP POP" may change over time as grading companies update their records.
7.9 Graded banknotes may show minor wear on holders, which does not justify a return.
7.10 Reserve prices, if applicable, become visible during live auctions.
7.11 Buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
7.12 Orders ship the day after payment is received.
7.13 Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe.
7.14 Unpaid orders may be cancelled after two payment reminders.
7.15 Refresh the auction page regularly to maintain session continuity.
8. Liability and Disputes
8.1 The Platform is not responsible for damages resulting from buyer-seller transactions.
8.2 Fraudulent activity leads to blacklisting.
8.3 Disputes are resolved via Platform mediation; unresolved cases are handled in [Jurisdiction].
8.4 The auctioneer's decisions are final before, during, and after auctions.
8.5 Customs and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws.

10.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
10.2 Users who do not accept the terms must discontinue Platform use.
