We use discrete and protective packaging to secure your order in transit. Delivery is provided by FedEx worldwide.

When shipped, we inform you with the track & trace number so that you can follow your order. Also if there any disputes with the shipment, please contact us by e-mail. (When contacting please provide a order number)

All European orders should arrive within 2 and 3 working days. Shipping time for international orders is between 3 and 5 days. In both cases, you can use your Tracking Number to check on the status of your order.

Shipping costs are dependent on the size of your order and the shipping destination. Minimum and recommended shipping costs are as follows:

The minimum recommended shipping within Europe: € 15.00

The minimum recommended shipping internationally: € 25.00

For order over €500, shipping is free with FedEx.
